Today I bring you a recipe that has given me some peace of mind this summer. It is about lactonese and for those who do not know what it is, I will tell you that it is a Eggless Mayonnaise.
It is ideal for heat because, by not using eggs, we don't have the danger to be able to catch a salmonellosis. The egg is replaced by milk and can be cow or soy. So it is also suitable for vegan diets.
It is very similar to mayonnaise, even at home if you did not count that it did not have an egg or they did not find out. I have prepared it on several occasions To accompany salads, pudding, stuffed eggs, Russian salad… With a result just as good as with traditional mayonnaise.
It is very simple to prepare and can take a few 3 or 4 days in the refrigerator tightly closed.

In the second step, do not press temperature again. 37º will continue to light because the glass is still hot, do not try to turn it off by pressing again because that way it will turn on again.
