Cannelloni with meat and pate is one of my husband's favorite dishes and one that I make very often. Although it also seems to me a perfect recipe for these Christmas parties because apart from how rich they are, it works for us when we have many guests, as in these dates.
With this amount we have a great second course for 7-8 people. Another advantage is that it can be prepared with in advance, as the day before or soon in the morning and we leave it in the refrigerator for up to 15 minutes before serving, we put them in the oven and that's it.
