Nelba rice

I love making this nelba rice recipe for dinner because we all like it. I also take the opportunity to have food for take me to work as it is perfectly maintained. it is easy to transportry is delicious.

The first time I tried it was in a Thermomix course and since that day I have done it a lot of times because it is very practical and can be done throughout the year.

It is a common rice in my house because, in addition, we use it to take care of ourselves. We just have to suppress the bacon and it is a perfect dish to make a little diet.

For the bacon, put the kitchen paper on the plate, the bacon on top and more paper on top and put it in the microwave for 6 minutes. If it is not crispy, put it another 2 minutes. The rice instead of 20 minutes, put 16 and you taste it, if necessary add a few more minutes.

You have to go little by little doing with the robot, and thus see if you like things more or less crushed or when you do some stir-fry, get the point if you want to poach or stir-fry, in a short time you will catch the air, but yes, try to use it every day and in a couple of months, you too will be an expert.
      Think of the robot as your pot or your pan and adapt your usual recipes to it. If you like to take a pill, do not add salt and use a pill, no problem.

    as you do the crispy bacon. I had to throw 5 slices because at maximum power (700/800) it has been very crispy but very black. For me it was burned so I threw them away. I tried with the other 5 slices at 500 power and I have been stopping little by little and the slices were in the center raw and the sides were turning black.
