This is a type of recipe that I love to prepare for myself familiespecially thinking about girls.
It is a very simple recipe to prepare, halfway between a fideuá and a fish soup. It takes just over half an hour and it looks spectacular.
It is a plate that can give us play with children which they eat it wonderfully. It's nice to see them trying to eat the clams and suck on the shells.
I saw this dish and immediately decided to prepare it. Although I have changed the water amount since I like it a little more soupy, but if you prefer something drier, you just have to put less amount.

I made this recipe over the weekend and it is delicious.
I made some variation, I added 1/2 kg of prawns, peeled them and cooked the shells and instead of adding water and a stock cube as the recipe says, I added the broth to cook the shells.
Then I put the "prawns" at the last minute, on the varoma tray on top of the clams at the time of cooking the noodles.

Hello, I have already done it a couple of times and it turns out very good.
If you have some broth, a smoke that you have prepared for a rice that you have left over, it is special. Even if you don't have it, with a fish stock tablet it comes out very well, and if you make a few threads of saffron, it gives it a special aroma.
I also add the varoma some skinless hake fillets along with the prawns, and below the clams.
It comes out better than in a restaurant !!!
Today I made this recipe for lunch and I got a lot of it, even though I added 100gr. of water the noodles have been quite dry, the clams have not been opened many. It is not normal for this to happen to me with your recipes, I do not know if it is normal and they have to stay that way.
