Pasta with chicken and pumpkin and tomato sauce

This chicken pasta recipe with pumpkin and tomato sauce is a very complete plate and that my daughters like them very much.

With the Thermomix® the pasta is cooked and the sauce is made while the chicken is grilled. In the end the three preparations are brought together and delicious.

When I make pasta for girls they always want it with fried tomato sauce. In this way I have found a very similar sauce, which I liked a lot and which also bring more vegetables.

I accompany it with grilled chicken but it can be accompanied by any other meat or just the pasta with the sauce.

    Hello Elena, today I have prepared this pasta to eat and the truth is that it is very tasty. We have eaten my 17 month old son, my 3 year old daughter, my husband and I and we all liked it. The kids have not eaten the chicken but only with the pasta and the rich sauce I am sure they have made a good meal ... then a yogurt and a nap. thanks for these good and simple recipes

    Hello Elena, a very healthy recipe, the pumpkin has many properties, you know we have a friend and partner of my husband who has a garden and sends me some very good pumpkins, sometimes I don't know what to do with so much pumpkin because they are quite big and I do d all with them. I suggest you the pumpkin marmalade to accompany toast spread with blue cheese, it is delicious.

    Do you think it is possible to substitute the cream for skimmed milk? How much should I put? Would the time remain the same?

      If you prefer less liquid, you can do it by skipping the step of heating the eggs. In any case it is very important that you mix the pasta hot, just drained and without going through the tap.

      Sorry Rafa, I thought you were referring to the recipe we sent today (the carbonara one). I just saw that you refer to another ... In this case try to drain the tomatoes before putting them in the Thermomix. Another option could be to use 400g of canned tomato, already crushed. I hope the next time you make this recipe it will be to your liking.
