If you prefer less liquid, you can do it by skipping the step of heating the eggs. In any case it is very important that you mix the pasta hot, just drained and without going through the tap.

Sorry Rafa, I thought you were referring to the recipe we sent today (the carbonara one). I just saw that you refer to another ... In this case try to drain the tomatoes before putting them in the Thermomix. Another option could be to use 400g of canned tomato, already crushed. I hope the next time you make this recipe it will be to your liking.
