Raspberry clouds

Thermomix recipe Raspberry Clouds

These raspberry clouds home, they are a guaranteed success. They are delicious, that's why the children love them and the adults… don't even tell you! Perhaps, because while you savor them, we transport ourselves without realizing it to some moment of happiness in our childhood. The truth is, I don't know what they have, but it's hard not to eat anything more than one!

They are the ideal recipe for cooking with children. They can be weighed and, once done, shaped and coated in icing sugar.

I have kept them in a closed container type brass box, for about 5 days and they have kept almost like the first day.

The best clouds in the world!

  2.   María said

Ah! I forgot the explanation, they are the best because they do not need preservatives, 5 days later they were still soft and delicious. So it is a pleasure to pamper yourself.

  3.   Silvia said

If the truth is that they have been a real discovery, but the main thing is that they have enchanted, and even more so to the adults ...

  4.   Mari Carmen said

I can attest that the clouds are delicious, they had the same authentic flavor as the original clouds from the store. I suggest that they can be made in other flavors as well. I loved them!!!

    1.    Silvia said

Mari Carmen can be made from other fruit flavors such as kiwi, pineapple, lemon ... or whatever you find in jelly.
Go ahead and make them with a new flavor and tell us how was the result.

      1.    Juan said

Perhaps the gelatin envelopes that you add already have the preservatives incorporated, and I suppose that the colorants also, so in the end they are not so natural

        1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

Juan, you may be right but… what is life without a little coloring? 😉

  5.   José Manuel said

    Hello everyone,

If it's not too much to ask, what brand do you use for the jellies?

The envelopes of neutral gelatin are 10 gr, right?
    All the best

    1.    Silvia said

José Manuel, I usually use the «Royal» brand, although at times I have used the «hacendado» brand, the Mercadona brand, and it has also turned out well.
And if the envelopes of neutral gelatin are 10gr in weight and each envelope is 6 sheets of neutral gelatin in sheets, in case you buy it like that. If they tell you 2 envelopes, add 12 sheets of gelatin and it also looks good.

  6.   Suzanne said

mmm how tasty ... I have prepared them because on Wednesday my 3 sobris come to eat and with my peke there are 4 sweet tooth ... I'm going to surprise them

  7.   carmen said

A doubt, the flavored gelatin envelopes are 85gr, right ??? is that the measure of 100 gr has surprised me… Thank you !!!

    1.    Silvia said

If Carmen you are right, the gelatin envelopes are 85 grams, I always have to add a little of another to complete the 100 grams, but the truth is that a friend gave me this recipe with that measure and I did it. I have not calculated the amounts for less grams.
      All the best

  8.   Mariju said

They have been very good flavor but I don't know because half has remained cloud and the part of low gelatin. I rested in the fridge… is that correct?

    1.    Silvia said

The truth is that I always let it rest outside the fridge, I don't know if that's why maybe.

  9.   mariju said

It must be that. I'm going to try without a fridge. What does it rest on? Film?

    1.    Silvia said

I put them in a rectangular container lined with film and place it on the top and let it cool there.

  10.   mariju said

Well I just did. And I tell you tomorrow. Thanks

  11.   Rachel said

    Hello
I have made them with kiwi jelly and they are very tasty. In my case, they have succeeded more among adults than among children ...

    1.    Silvia said

The truth is that they come out great of any flavor and it is true that adults all these things drive us crazy.
      All the best

  12.   Angeles said

I have made the clouds and they have turned out very good, I personally liked them more than my two daughters, and all my friends that I have given them to try are delighted, in fact they have told me what ingredients are needed to make them take a cup of these great clouds…. Thank you very much for these simple and exquisite recipes.

  13.   gem said

I really want to make the clouds and I read in a comment that they can also be made with the neutral gelatin in sheets, do I have to soak them in cold water before? How long? Thank you very much !! a greeting!

    1.    Silvia said

Gem, in principle you can make them with the gelatin sheets, they are put in cold water but I don't know how long. I always use powdered gelatin and I can't tell you the steps for leaf gelatin very well.

      1.    gem said

Thank you very much, Silvia, I will try to find the powdered gelatin, although at the moment I have not found it for any super. Greetings!!

        1.    Silvia said

I buy it in Carrefour or in hipercor, it was not difficult for me to find it.
          All the best

  14.   gem said

What a success !! I finally made them and they are great !! In the last step I put the butterfly in and they have been super fluffy. Just a little problem: and it is that after adding icing sugar with cornstarch, they became sticky, but I see that it is normal, I would like to ask you if it is normal that after 2 hours of rest, when I returned to beat without temperature, the mixture was gone heating up at times alone! Thanks and kisses !!

    1.    Silvia said

Gema, the glass keeps the heat quite a bit and therefore although it seems that in two hours it is cold it may still be hot and that is why it reaches the temperature.

  15.   paqui said

hello girls! I'm going to make the clouds for my child's birthday. Would they look good on me, if I put them in molds like the jelly beans?

    1.    Silvia said

I've never done it like that before, but it's hard for me to cut them into squares, so I don't know if it will cost you a lot to remove it from the molds later.

  16.   rosary said

They are very good and if you bathe them with a thin layer of white or black chocolate and decorate with shavings of more good colares

    1.    Silvia said

Rosario, I love your suggestion. That good, we will have to try it !!

  17.   rosi said

the clouds are very good !!! but they stay sticky shortly after making them and pouring the icing sugar on them. it can be avoided? Congratulations on your page, I enter daily and you give me many ideas. Do you know the recipe for the pigtail or sweet bread? yesterday I made the milk buns and filled some with chocolate, very rich. Thanks

    1.    Silvia said

Rosi, when you make the clouds and finally sprinkle them with the sugar, try storing them in a tin, the kind of chocolates or cookies, to see if they are better preserved that way. At home it is that they do not usually last more than a couple of days.
I have found you this recipe to see if it works for you.

I'm glad you like them, the truth is that they are very rich, I think they like children and not so children. All the best

  19.   Magda said

    Hello,
The clouds come out very good, according to my son and my husband, I don't like them that much, I feel them as if they were rubber. I put the butterfly from the beginning, could that be why? I also let them rest longer than the recipe indicates because the weather was at 6 o'clock in the morning, I took them out of the mold to cut them at 10 o'clock, and don't see what it cost me to make the squares, is it normal or have I passed over time?
    regards

    1.    Silvia said

Magda, it is normal that you have had a hard time cutting the clouds, it always happens and the gelatin can be used in powder or sheets without problem.

  20.   Magda said

Ah !!! and I forgot I have put neutral gelatin but made of foil, it had no powder. Does this also influence?
    Thanks and regards

  21.   Bullfight said

But these clouds are super fluffy like the "hams" that we ordered from the kiosk when it was small or hard like other kinds of clouds that they also sell in kiosks. ?? These second ones are like bricks, and hard.
Thank you!!!! I have to do them !!

    A kiss.

    1.    Silvia said

They are rather fluffy and are delicious.

  22.   cristina said

I just finished making them and uiuiiui I'm nervous haha, I really want to try them !! thanks girls for your recipes you are great !! 🙂

  23.   Angela Rodriguez said

I have made them yesterday and they are delicious, but I only had one problem that before I put the icing sugar they were super sticky and it took me a lot to remove them from the film and in a way "as much as I could". I don't know if it's normal or if I did something wrong. Anyway a success, I already have orders in queue, hahaha.

Hi, I'm new to this and I don't know if you'll see my message.
I have neutral gelatin in sheets instead of powder, how do I make the jelly beans ?????

    1.    Silvia said

First you must hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 10 minutes and then use them in the recipe.

  25.   Eve said

I made them yesterday with pineapple jelly and they are delicious

  26.   marmari said

Can you exar a pokito of inverted sugar ??? Kedaran fluffier ???

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

      Hi Mari,

the truth is that I have never made them with invert sugar but you can try, right?

The only thing to keep in mind is that invert sugar sweetens more than grain sugar. With which, I would only substitute 25%. The amounts would be 63 g of invert sugar and 187 g of white sugar.

I hope you tell us the result.

      Kisses!!

Hi there! I know this recipe was uploaded a long time but I have a little trick to make them unmold better. I have done them a few times already and it always works very well for me (I have entered looking for the amount of sugar that I never remember)
Well, when I put the film I sprinkle it with icing sugar before pouring the mixture on top, abundantly. And then I take them off the film very well and it doesn't take much to cut them.
I hope it helps you to do it again!

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hello Patri, thank you very much for your suggestion and it does not matter at all that the recipe is a bit old, there are always people who consult it daily, so they will greatly appreciate your trick to unmold. Thank you for writing us and for preparing our recipes! 🙂

    2.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

Thanks Patri for your trick !! I find it great because I usually make this recipe quite often !!

      Regards!

Those 10 or 12 hours that are left to rest, is it in the fridge or at room temperature?

  29.   Gertru Torres Giner said

I made that recipe and they come out great.

  30.   Silvia Mialdea said

    What a pint !!!!

  31.   Sonia said

I have made them and they have been very good, only that it has cost me a lot to separate them from the film, I will try to sprinkle with icing sugar before adding the dough. I have put the 85g of strawberry jelly, I don't need more for my taste!

    1.    Irene Arcas said

How good Sonia, how happy I am. Thanks for sharing 🙂

  32.   INAHE said

HELLO. I JUST CONNECTED TO THIS WORLD.
TOMORROW I WANT TO MAKE THE CLOUDS.
CAN I USE SWEETENER INSTEAD OF SUGAR? AND IF YES, WHAT WOULD THE AMOUNTS BE?
    THANK YOU

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

      Hello Inahe,
I'll tell you things ... this recipe is not one of the best to use sweetener because, even if you substitute the sugar, the fruit jelly packets also contain sugar. With which they will not be suitable for diabetics or for low-calorie diets.

If I were you, I would use birch sugar (also called Xylitol). It is the closest in texture and sweetness to sugar but has a glycemic index of 7, while normal sugar is 70.

      Hope the answer helps you.

      Regards!
