These smoked salmon rolls stuffed with eel with tomato vinaigrette is one of those recipes that always surprise. It can be taken warm or cold and remains with a presence spectacular.

This filling is so rich that you can use it to stuff some hard-boiled eggs or some toasted bread and serve it as if it were a toast or a bruchetta.
