This is one of the favorite dishes from my husband, well and mine too. It is very easy and quick to do and the result is great.
Even from one day to the next they are very rich. I usually make them for lunch, but there are always leftovers and my husband takes them during the week (I eat at work and he at home, what luck!) And he says they are still very good.

Hello Toñy, yes you can freeze the sauce and the vegetable paper is available in almost all supermarkets. It's called greaseproof paper or parchment paper. I buy it at Mercadona. I would modify the times but I would not double them. I would prepare it as follows:
Put the onion, butter, oil, bacon and a little pepper in the glass. We grind 20 seconds, at speed 4.
We lower the remains that have been on the lid and on the walls of the glass, with the spatula.
We program 9 minutes, varoma temperature and speed 2.
Add the cream and grated cheese. We grind for 15 seconds, at speed 7 and program 10 minutes, temperature 100º and speed 3.
We test to see if it needs salt and if so we add a little. We reserve the sauce in a bowl.
The rest of the recipe would leave it the same.
