Potatoes stuffed with tuna

Sometimes I get to the end of the day that I don't know what to do for dinner. A few nights ago, I was exhausted and had nothing done. I also had no clear idea of ​​what to prepare, nor did I want to get to it.

Looking around the internet, I came across this recipe and it caught my attention. It had all the ingredients except for prawns which I substituted for a couple of Tuna cans.

While he was bathing the little boy, the potatoes and then in the time of prepare your dinner, I did the rest.

So in the blink of an eye I had dinner ready. In the end I must say that it turned out delicious and simple. 

It will also become one of my regular recipes since the main ingredient is potato and I usually have enough from my family's garden.
