Three chocolate cake

The three chocolates cake It is the first cake I made with the Thermomix. Since then I had not done it again and because of a family reunion, at Easter (that is why it is decorated with an Easter egg), I have rescued it.

When I made it, with the smells of the chocolates, I was already remembering how soft and good it is. I don't understand why I haven't done it more times because It is delicious, it is very simple to make and it is the typical recipe that everyone likes.

Also, the presentation is beautiful, no need to decorate it and it is striking to see the layers of the three chocolates perfectly delimited and without mixing.

      Ana, with that mold you will have very thin layers. Use a 22 or 23 cm one. Oreo cookie add about 200 gr. with the filling included.
      If you don't have another mold add more of each ingredient, for example 50% more, that is instead of 200 gr. of white chocolate add 300gr. and so on with all the ingredients.

          I sometimes present it in a whiskey glass, the kind with a wide butt and it doesn't come off the mold. I would not complicate with the rings because when you add the layers of chocolate they are liquid and can escape under the ring.

    You can substitute the oreo cookies for digestive cookies which are a bit easier to find. I usually put about 11 cookies that are approximately 140 g.

    Another thing to keep in mind is the mold. Mine is removable, one of those that you can remove the base. And it is 22 cm in diameter by 7 high. It is ideal for this type of preparation. Keep in mind that if it is larger the cake will be thinner and if it is smaller it will be much taller.

    With the quantities that I use, it is not necessary to put the cake in the fridge between layer and layer because it thickens quite quickly.

    In fact, I advise you not to move it so that the layers stabilize. Once it is cold, it will have to be refrigerated for at least 12 hours.

    And don't worry, this cake is easy to make and not even the crumbs will remain!
