Thermomix Recipe Waking Stew

Since I was little I remember that when the Easter, my grandmother Marce made us this dish to eat one day, and for dessert they could not miss its delicious French toast. My mother and I loved it. If we went on vacation, my grandmother would send us a plate of this stew that tasted like "glory" to us.

Now I have grown a little, heh, heh ... and I am the one who is in charge of preparing my stew dish or my dishes every year at this time, which I usually eat more than one. Love it!! It is something that is born with one, but everything about it drives me crazy. spoon and it seems to me that my little girl is taking this mania too.       Belén, I think that when you add the chickpeas you should cook them for about 25 minutes and when it will be 10 minutes to finish, I would add the cod crumbs through the mouth without stopping the machine. Afterwards, you should try the chickpeas in case they are still hard and will need more time. If you dare, tell us how are you?

      Pilar, what model of thermomix do you have? because if it were the TM-21 you would have to put the butterfly because if not most of the recipes that we say turn to the left, spoon speed, if it were the other model it will undo you.

      Hi Carmen, sometimes the more or less broth depends on the type and brand of chickpeas (I keep changing brands, just like with lentils and every time I get different). So if you use the same brand, always add 50 grams less water or leave the removed beaker for the last 5 minutes so that more water evaporates. As for the paprika, yes, put a large spoonful (keep in mind that the soup is for 6 people). Thanks for writing and following us!
