Tagliatelle with funghi

Delicious pasta dish! The mushroom sauce it is delicious and together with the pasta it makes it an exquisite dish.

I had pending to make this recipe since I saw it in a magazine, but I always forgot to buy the dried mushrooms. I finally remembered to buy them and I assure you that it is worth it. From now on I will always have a bag in the pantry because I assure you that it gives a lot of flavor to the recipes.

You can also take advantage of the mushroom season to dehydrate them at home and have your own mushroom and mushroom mix.
