Tiramisu ice cream with dates and walnuts

Preparation

3. We clean the glass. Put the butterfly and add the 4 egg whites and a few drops of lemon juice. We mix it for 6 minutes at speed 3,5.

4. Once beaten, mix it gently with the previous cream so that the volume does not drop.

5. In another bowl we add the 300 ml of coffee, the 50 ml of white pomace and the 50 g of sugar. We mix it well.

6. Prepare a plumcake type mold and cover it with plastic film. Gently soak the ladyfingers and place the first layer in the bottom of the mold. Place a layer of cream cheese and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
