We are going to make a simple, fast and versatile fish dish. In this case I have used trout but you can change it for another that you find at a good price in the market.
The important thing here is the Garrison. With simple ingredients (potatoes, onion, pepper and tomatoes) we are going to make our dish more complete and attractive.
Later I will detail it but I tell you that you can do it only with Thermomix (instead of grilling the fish we will steamed -as we did the other day with the peppers-) or pull from the traditional oven. Perhaps now that summer has begun you will opt for the first option ... You will tell me!

Hello Belen! For the one you like the most. Think that it is cooked with varoma and that the garnish goes well with everything. Depending on the size, you may have to regulate the cooking time, but otherwise you can follow the same steps.
