Yogurt, tuna and olives sauce

Today we show you a yogurt sauce with which you can add more flavor to your salads by providing very few calories. It is made with tuna and olives.

A light sauce for, for example, a salad. It does not contain oil or eggs so it will have nothing to do with mayonnaise but it will add a lot of flavor to your dishes.

You can use it with steamed vegetables, tomato salads or even with roasted potatoes. What you see in the photo is a salad made with cauliflower, potato, carrot and hard-boiled egg. The children ate it delighted with this sauce.

The yogurt is natural and unsweetened. I will specify it in the recipe so that there are no doubts.
