Eggless cake, turmeric

Another of its ingredients is the juice of lemonThat is why I have chosen not to use chemical yeast. I have added a little bit of bicarbonate that, with the acid of this citric, makes the cake rise and remains as seen in the photo. For that to happen, the lemon juice and the bicarbonate have to come into contact at the end, just before baking. Everything is specified in the recipe card.

A clarification ... the turmeric It hardly gives flavor but it makes the cake have a beautiful color.
