Vegan chocolate cake (without eggs)

chocolate-cake-without-eggs

If you want to prepare a cake or snack that even children can take allergic to eggs I recommend that you try this vegan cake. The little ones love it.

It tastes a lot like chocolateMaybe that's why it lasts so little in my house ... And if you like cinnamon, add it without fear, you'll see how good it is.

Do you dare to prepare it? Plant milk makes it a vegan cake although you can use cow's milk if you don't follow this diet.

Hello!! Does the cake go up a lot? It is that I am going to make a cake for which I need 2 cakes and I would like to know the height more or less to see what total height would be and know if I have to increase the amount of the ingredients or if I can leave it as is .. Thank you

Hi, Joana. I don't know if I'm late ... I would make two cakes like this for a cake. It will be taller and more beautiful.

          A hug, Ascen

Hello, why can I substitute the bitter cocoa? By cola cao? I don't have it and I want to do it now. Thank you very much.

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hi Yolanda,
With cola-coa it is not the same ... you would also have to reduce the amount of sugar because it is already sugary ... It would even change the color of the cake 🙁
If you can get bitter cocoa better than better
      A hug!

If it is a Vegan recipe, why does it contain milk?

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hi Margie or Hello Margarite,
If you look at the ingredients you will see that it is specified to be soy milk. In any case, for those who do not follow a vegan diet, I say that it can also be made with traditional cow's milk.
I hope you like it, of course, with the soy milk, which is the one proposed in the recipe and the one you see in the photo is made with.
      A hug!

My cake always comes out very dry and cracks. I have made it 4 times following the recipe step by step and it always comes out the same

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hello SM,
There are flours that absorb more than others... maybe that is the reason. Try adding a little more milk (vegetable or cow) to the dough, if when you have it already made you see that it is very compact or thick.
Or maybe it's a matter of the oven, that yours is hotter than mine and your cake is made in less time.
Let's see if with one of those changes we can make it richer 😉
      A hug!
