Today we propose an attractive way to wear vegetables to the table: sautéed first and then roasted on a puff pastry base.

The vegetables thus presented, on a puff pastry base, are popular with the whole family.

We put the oil and garlic in the glass. We program 3 minutes, 120º, left turn, speed 1.
Add the onion, carrot, zucchini, green beans, eggplant, salt and pepper. We do not place the beaker and program 8 minutes, 120º, left turn, spoon speed.
Unroll the puff pastry and place it on a round ovenproof tray. We remove the garlic and put the vegetables in the center. We fold the edges of the puff pastry inwards.
Brush the edges of the dough with beaten egg or simply with milk.
We preheat the oven to 180º. Bake at that temperature for approximately 20 minutes, until the puff pastry acquires a golden color.
