With today's gazpacho you are going to succeed for sure. Everyone likes it: the smallest children, the elderly... It is a smooth gazpacho to which we are not going to put vinegar or ingredients that are difficult to digest.

It is prepared in a moment and it is best to keep it in the refrigerator until serving time, so that it is very cool. If you make it with already cold ingredients, you can consume it as soon as you prepare it.

It can be served with a few pieces of Serrano ham on the surface or with a few cubes of pan toasted. Do you dare to try it?

A very smooth gazpacho that tastes great.

Ingredients

• 840 g very ripe tomato, in pieces
• 50 g of onion in pieces
• 225g cucumber, peeled and diced
• 30 g of bread
• 25 g of extra virgin olive oil
• 120g cold water

Preparation

1. Wash the tomatoes well. We chop them and put them in the glass (do not peel them, it is not necessary). Chop the onion and put it in the glass. 

2. Peel the cucumber, chop it and add it too. Add the bread in pieces. We program 1 minute, speed 7.

3. Time is up, we schedule 1 minute, speed 9.

4. Add the olive oil, salt and water. We program 5 seconds, speed 5.

5. We keep our gazpacho in the refrigerator until serving time. If we use very cold ingredients we can serve it immediately.
