Pineapple with whiskey

Preparation

1. We put in the glass the sugar and the lemon skin (only the yellow part). We program 10 seconds, speed 10.

2. We chop the pineapple. If we already have it cut in half, we divide that half into about 6 segments. We remove the skin from each segment and cut the pulp into small pieces, in triangles.

3. We put our pineapple on one or more sheets of baking paper. We add the flavored sugar and whiskey.

4. We close the baking papers, making several packets. This is how we will cook the pineapple en papillote.

5. We put our wrapped pineapple in the varoma tray and let it rest for a few minutes.

6. We wash the glass. We put in it the 500 g of water. We place the varoma in its position and program 15 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

7. At the end of the time, we put our pineapple in a bowl, with the juice it will have released, and let it cool.

8. Serve very cold and with a little freshly ground pepper.
