Steamed white asparagus with lemon oil

Today we propose some fresh white asparagus steamed. We will serve them with a simple lemon oil emulsion and with a few pieces of dried tomatoes and hard-boiled egg.

Maybe you are thinking that it is not easy to find fresh white asparagus in the market ... so I encourage you to try the recipe with the brunettes. Of course, in both cases it is important that, before cooking them, remove the most woody part, the hardest, to make it a pleasant bite. 

You can serve them as first course or as a garnish to any meat or fish. And, of course, if you don't have dried tomatoes in oil, you can substitute them for a few pieces of Serrano ham, corn or your favorite ingredients.
