Every time I see a recipe and read “chocolate"A little light turns on me, and in this case it is white chocolate, my weakness, even more so.

In the blog of robotcocina mallorca, I saw this recipe. At home the Brownie Not that I do it a lot, but this one that is made of white chocolate because I couldn't let it go by.

Pistachios go great with white chocolate brownie adding a crunchy touch.

An original brownie made with white chocolate and a touch of crunchy pistachios.

Ingredients

  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 80 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 70 g pistachios

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven 180º

  2. Put in the glass the sugar, eggs, program 5 minutes, 37º speed 4. Reserve.

  3. Put the butter and the chopped chocolate. during 3 minutes, 50º, speed 1. If there are pieces left, program a few seconds more speed 2.

  4. Add the eggs, flour, yeast, 6 seconds, speed 2.

  5. Add the peeled and chopped pistachios, finish mixing with the spatula.

  6. Pour the mixture into a low-rise rectangular mold. Bake for about 20 minutes (depending on oven).

    Good morning:

    I want to make this recipe, but a question arises… when are the eggs laid ??? since in the recipe you put them twice (first with the sugar, and then you put them back with the flour and yeast) ... I guess it will be a mistake ...
