A very original and super easy cream that you can make with your Thermomix. It is composed of white chocolate, a spectacular ingredient and so much admiration for its invention in 1930 that it has continued to rise due to its smooth and original flavor. Its combination is accompanied by a part of cream cheese and another part of cream. Total, we could say with fair opinion that the union of these ingredients will make it another of the most spectacular and easy to make desserts.
White chocolate cake
Go ahead and make a delicious cake with your Thermomix with a combination of white chocolate, cream cheese and cream. If you also add a combination of digestive biscuits and butter as a base, you will get a brilliant flavor.

Ingredients
White chocolate cream
- 350g white chocolate
- 250g cream cheese spread
- 300g of liquid cream to whip
Cake base
- 100g of digestive biscuits
- 40g butter, melted
Other optional ingredients
- blueberries or any red fruit
- dark chocolate shavings
- Pieces of chocolate
- chopped almond
- colored decoration balls
Preparation
You have to add the cream, the cream cheese and the white chocolate broken into pieces in our Thermomix glass. We cover and program during 4 minutes at 105 ° and speed 3. If it is possible that when it is finished if the mixture has not been well done, we can program it another minute or the necessary time until it is a smooth and soft cream.
For our tart base, we first melt the butter on low power in a microwave for about a minute. We chop the cookies and put them in our clean glass of the Thermomix. We cover and crush them by programming 30 seconds at speed 4. Finally add the butter, program 10 seconds at speed 3.
We prepare a round mold of about 15cm. At its base we spread the cookie. We pour the white chocolate cream on top and smooth the surface. We put it in the refrigerator and let it rest for about 3 hours, in this way it will solidify its ingredients.
We can decorate this cake with berries, add chopped almonds on the sides and even with chocolate shavings. We can make the chocolate chips with a vegetable peeler. We take a piece of dark chocolate and scrape with the peeler until shavings are formed.
No need to make a cake with this white chocolate cream. We can make individual cups. We put the crushed biscuit at its base and finish with the cream. We put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours and when it is time to serve it, we will decorate it with red fruits, nuts, whipped cream ... whatever you prefer.
And you can do the same with some simple muffins. We cut the protruding part of the cupcake and we will make a hole in its central part, then we will add the cream to cover the cupcake. We put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until the cream solidifies and when serving, we can decorate it in an original way with colored pearls, chopped nuts or chocolate shavings.
