Two days for Halloween! I bring you these ice creams vanilla ghost with topping chocolate blanco, which I have found diving for the ideas of our colleagues from the blogosphere. They are easy to make and very attractive, but you have to start them today or tomorrow if you want to serve it in the afternoon or on Halloween night, as they need 24 hours freezing between its main steps.

With a ghost shape, chocolate coating and vanilla heart, this ice cream comes to sweeten Halloween night.

Ingredients

250 ml of milk
100 g of sugar
Yolks 2
2 teaspoons (of coffee) vanilla essence
15 g of mild olive or sunflower oil.
400 g white chocolate
pearls or chocolate balls, lacasitos or similar to make the eyes.

Preparation

We put the milk, the yolks, the sugar and the vanilla in the glass and heat for 6 minutes, 90º, speed 2.
We fill the ice cream molds with the mixture and put the stick on them. We put it in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
After that time, we will cover them with white chocolate. To do this, we put the chopped white chocolate in the glass and we grate it at a turbo stroke.
We lower the remains of the walls, add the oil and melt during 6 minutes, 50º, speed 1.
We pour the mixture into a tall glass. We will immerse our unmold ice cream in it. We let them drain and place them on a tray on a sheet of greaseproof paper. We then put the chocolate pearls on them as if they were the eyes.
We put the tray in the freezer 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For this recipe we will also need: ice cream molds, ice cream sticks, a tall tube-type glass and a sheet of baking paper.
