White wine vinegar rice salad

Rice, carrot and potato

If you like the intense flavor of marinades, you will love today's salad. In this rice salad our cereal is cooked in the basket, inside the glass, in a mixture of water and vinegar. During that cooking time, the potato and carrot that we will have put in the varoma will also be cooked.

Hence its intense flavor, because we will use a mixture of water and vinegar for cooking. That you are not much of pickles? Well, do not put vinegar and replace it with more water.

To give it a fresh touch I have put a few pieces of natural tomato. Also some canned mussels that, of course, can be substituted for tuna.
