Wholegrain cookies with chocolate

The flour thing is a world. Lately I am opting to use the most natural ones, the ones that preserve all the grain, even to make cookies.

The pastas are just as rich as if we made them with white flour. And if we put them chocolate on the surface ... there will be no one to resist!

Now that the children they will start their vacations is a good time to make cookies with them and have a fun time in the kitchen.

Hello, they can be done without cornstarch, I have no thanks

Hi! Cornstarch can be substituted for potato starch. If you don't have it, you will need to increase the amount of flour.
      A greeting!

What kind of whole wheat flour can be used? Spelled..oat..cent… Saracen ?? Thanks

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hello Luisa,
You can use the traditional whole wheat flour. But if you have the other varieties of flour, try any of them because I think it will also suit you. Of course, you may have to vary the amount of liquid a bit because not all flours absorb the same ...
      Take care!

    Hello,

I have followed the ingredients and steps that you detail to the letter, but the dough has been gritty, impossible to knead, as if it lacked liquid ... do you have any idea why it could be?

    Thanks and regards.

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hello Veronica,
Sometimes you just have to compact it with your hands once our Thermomix has done all the work.
      A hug!

I tried, but it was impossible, the dough was falling apart ...

We tried to make them and the dough was sandy. Could it be that the honey was maple and not bee?

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hi Lucia,
Once everything is mixed in Thermomix we have to compact it with our hands ... did you do it? In any case, if you still can't handle it, you may need a little more fluid. It shouldn't be because of the maple syrup, maybe because of the flour ...
