These dumplings have a different flavor that you will love. It has three ingredients for its filling: surimi, Philadelphia-type cream cheese and leek.
It will not be necessary to cook the filling, but rather to mix and fill the wafers for dumplings that we can find in any store.
The final touch is in frying them, since we will fry them and it will give them that Middle Eastern appearance. To enhance its flavor you can accompany it with a little sweet and sour sauce. You will love it!
Wrotons dumplings with surimi and cheese
These dumplings have a special and different filling. Its crispy and fried dough is accompanied by a rich surimi, Philadelphia-type cream and leek.

Ingredients
- Dough for wafers or dumplings (20 units), which are very cold
- 6 surimi sticks
- 4 tablespoons Philadelphia type cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped leek
- Sunflower or olive oil to fry the dumplings
Preparation
Cut the surimi sticks into three or four parts. In our Thermomix glass we put the surimi and program 4 seconds at speed 4.
Add the four tablespoons of cream cheese and the two tablespoons of chopped leek. We mix it and program it for 5 seconds at speed 3.
The dumpling wafers must be very cold to handle them much better. We are extending one by one and we are filling them with a small portion of the surimi mixture.
We will try to center the mixture and cover with the other half of the dough. To seal them we will help ourselves with the head of a fork and we will press on the edges so that it seals.
Heat plenty of oil in a small frying pan. When it's hot, we can add the dumplings.
We lower the heat to medium strong and brown them on both sides. We put them on a plate to drain and we can serve.
