Crackers, yeast-free

Flour, water, olive oil and salt. These are the ingredients that we will need to prepare some rich and crispy crackers. In this case they do not contain yeast.

We will mix the ingredients in Thermomix, with the spike function. The It has to be elastic, it has to be a dough that is easy to work with. If after those 3 minutes indicated in the recipe you see that everything is still crumbly, you can add a little more water and knead another 30 seconds.

After the indicated rest we have to stretch our dough a lot with the roller (You can see it in the video). Then we will cut it and put the crackers in the oven. With the heat they will form those bubbles that can be seen in the photos.

Use them as a snack or to accompany your dips. They sure like everyone.

      Hello Cris! Yes, of course, with the flour that you like the most or with a mixture of flours. What you have to keep in mind is that you may have to add more water (or more flour) so that the dough is as seen in the video, elastic and easy to work with.
      With those flours they will be even richer 🙂
