Zucchini and broccoli cream

If you want something in the fall, it's creams. The advantage is that we can make them with an infinite number of ingredients. This time I propose a zucchini, broccoli and apple.

It has a mild broccoli flavor, which is the most intensely flavored ingredient. We are going to serve it with crunchy pieces of apple, fleeing from the traditional croutons and thus lightening the plate.

Important! We will put a sheet of laurel to cook the vegetables but do not forget to remove it before grinding. It is indicated in the recipe card but it is worth remembering it here as well.

Ingredients

• 580 g of organic zucchini (well washed and unpeeled)
• 85 g broccoli
• 85 g apple
• 400g milk
• 150 g of water (or vegetable broth)
• 1 hoja de laurel
• 30 g of Philadelphia type cheese
• Nutmeg

Plus:

• A few pieces of apple

Preparation

1. Put the zucchini, broccoli and apple in pieces in the glass. We program 3 seconds, speed 5.

2. Add the water and milk and also put the bay leaf in the glass. We program 30 minutes, 90º, spoon speed.

3. We wait a few minutes for the temperature to drop a bit.

4. IMPORTANT: we remove the bay leaf.

5. Add the Philadelphia cheese, the grated nutmeg and the salt. We program 1 minute, progressive speed 5-10, always holding the beaker.

6. We serve immediately with apple pieces.
