Zucchini burgers

Today we are going to make some great vegetarian burgers with an inexpensive vegetable that we can easily find on the market: zucchini.

We are actually going to cook all the ingredients in the glass of our food processor. Then we just have to add bread and grated cheese (so that the dough acquires consistency) and shape the hamburgers. With a griddle or a frying pan we will finish the preparation, browning them on both sides.

They do not carry an egg so you will like the proposal if you cannot include this ingredient in your diet.
