2 ingredient magic cake

This magical 2-ingredient cake will surprise you. I would never have imagined that with only yogurt and condensed milk you could get a recipe that simple.

The recipe is so simple that it is great to debut with Thermomix®. And, of course, do not hesitate to make it to cook with children. It is quite fast and they can prepare it on their own, although you will have to be present at the end of cooking to avoid burning with the steam.

If you want to know more about this magical 2 ingredient cake, read on and we will explain the best tricks to make it perfect for you.

Do you want to know more about this magical 2-ingredient cake?

This recipe is so simple that it has few secrets but there are a couple of Tricks that will make a difference in the result.

The first thing you have to keep in mind is that the ingredients must be room temperature.

If you have forgotten to take them out of the fridge and want to make this recipe now, I recommend that in step you program 1 minute, 40º, speed 5. This way you will be able to "heat" them slightly and they will mix better.

The second most important thing is that mold that you use has its own lid to place during cooking. Remember that you only have to put it on top, you do not have to close it completely.

The third recommendation is that you use a mold similar to the one in the recipe. Mine is square, crystal, 12 cm x 12 cm. Although you can use a rectangular 10 cm x 14 cm but not larger so that the cake has some volume.

In any case, before you start with the recipe, make sure it fits well the varoma. So you won't have to improvise and waste time.

Take the opportunity to make this recipe when you are cooking a cream, a broth or a long-cooking recipe. So you can cook in tiers and save time and energy.

The red fruits are great as an accompaniment because it gives it those acidic notes that contrast very well with the sweet flavor. You can serve them fresh or in coulis.

The cake is quite caloric so I recommend occasional consumption. Remember also that this cake is for 6 people. Don't overdo it if you want your diet to be balanced.

Feel free to make this version Without lactose. In the market you can find both yogurts and condensed milk suitable for lactose intolerant and I assure you that the result is exactly the same.

You can keep in the fridge for at least 5 days. Although I don't think it will last that long.

I have a round transparent mold without a lid. Can I put cling film on it?

      Hello Jesus:
I can't assure you that it works but you can try. In any case, do not close it completely well since the lid must be placed on top but without closing.

      regards
