Cooking with Thermomix TM31 and TM21

The other day I found out that Thermomix It is older than I thought.

It was at 1970 when Vorwerk started to revolutionize the mixer market. From that first model called VM10 to the TM31 model they have evolved a lot. Gone are machines like the VM2000 or VM2200 with their seventies lines. Also the TM3300 with a great resemblance to the most current models that are the TM21 and TM31.

At this point I'm not going to talk about and advantages to have a Thermomix because we are all delighted with ours. I could talk about the technical differences between the one and the other, that if you power, that if revolutions per minute, etc. But what we like is to cook, so I have created a table to get to the point and forget about complications.

In the equivalence table You simply have to follow the line, that is, if the recipe adapted for the TM31 says "spoon speed" and you have a TM21, what you have to do is program speed 1 with butterfly ... easy, right?

Now you have the clef to adapt all the recipes to your model.
