A great dish for a family dinner or weekend meal: Baked salmon tail with dill on cream spinach. Healthy, easy and delicious. We can combine it with a first of Pea cream with mint or a garlic soup.

Spinach is a very interesting food due to its high content of nutrients and vitamins and its very low caloric intake. They also combine perfectly with salmon.

Delicious baked salmon tail on a bed of cream spinach. Healthy, juicy and full of flavor. Ideal as a main course.

Ingredients

  • 1 tail of salmon of about 600-700 gr, open in half and without bones or skin.
  • Dill
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1 2 dientes de ajo-
  • 300 gr of frozen spinach (previously thawed)
  • 35 gr of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • 30 gr de harina
  • 300 gr of milk
  • 15 grams of butter
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • a pinch of pepper

Preparation

  1. We leave the salmon with the salt, pepper and dill. We cook it in the oven at 180º for 15 minutes.

  2. In those 15 minutes that the salmon is cooking, we will prepare the creamy spinach.

  3. Defrost the spinach, drain it well and dry with kitchen paper.

  4. We put the garlic in the glass and program 5 seconds, speed 7. We lower the remains of garlic towards the blades and add the oil, we program 5 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2.

  5. We add the spinach and salt. We program 5 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn and spoon speed.

  6. Add the flour and sauté 1 minute, 100º, speed 2.

  7. We add the milk, butter, pepper and nutmeg. We program 7 minutes, 100º, speed 2.

  8. We serve the spinach as a base and the salmon on top. Be careful not to overcook the salmon so that it doesn't get dry inside, ok?
