Cabrales potatoes

What a delicious recipe today please! Today we bring Cabrales potatoes. Furthermore, it is a recipe for use because I took advantage of the fact that I had some already cooked potatoes that I prepared for a Russian salad (I recommend that you try the salad recipe, it is spectacular).

It is a super simple recipe, for a dinner or a starter it is brutal because in 15 minutes you will have it ready. The simplest ingredients: boiled potatoes, Cabrales or Roquefort cheese and cream. As simple as that! This fast!

IMPORTANT: The potatoes must be cooked the day before and kept in the refrigerator because otherwise we would not be able to cut them into slices without them breaking.

And, as I tell you, it is perfect for using up potatoes that we already have cooked. What's more, this dish is so delicious that it is worth cooking one more potato when we make salad or country potatoes and thus have them ready for this recipe. Take advantage!

Delicious Cabrales potatoes, super simple, super fast, super delicious. And only 3 ingredients: cooked potato, Cabrales or Roquefort cheese and nothing. To enjoy!

Ingredients

• 2 potatoes cooked in half or whole and without skin from the previous day. They have to be refrigerated.
• 75-100 g of Cabrales or Roquefort cheese or similar
• 50 g cider (optional)
• 200 g of cream
• olive oil
• shawl
• a pinch of pepper

Preparation

1. We cut the potatoes into thick slices (not very thin because when they are cooked they would break) and we add a pinch of salt on one side.

   We prepare a frying pan over medium-high heat with a little oil and brown them for a few minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy.

2. While we have the potatoes in the pan, we are going to prepare the sauce.

   We put the cider in the Thermomix glass and heat it up. 2 minutes, temperature 100, spoon speed.

    

3. We add cream, pepper and cheese. We program 7 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2. 

4. We serve the potatoes well spread out on a platter and pour the sauce over them. We decorate with chives (optional).
