This soup with pasta filled with cream cheese It is typical of Catalan Christmas. It is really made with galets but where I live I have not found them so I have replaced them with the shells that you see in the photo.
We cook the pasta in Thermomix (in this case follow the indications that I put here instead of the post of pasta cooking), then we reserve it and make the broth. Finally we prepare the cream cheese, also in Thermomix, and fill the galets or, in my case, the shells with it.
