What I like least about this recipe is clean the mussels. This time I missed my father-in-law who on some other occasion had volunteered to do it for me. I cleaned a kilo and a half of mussels and I must be a little slow with this because my half hour was entertaining. Then I put them in the varoma to cook them and in twenty minutes I had all of them open. So now I was starting with the splash and this was great with the help of my favorite robot.
