Coffee granita

I think that one of the great advantages of having the Thermomix are the slushies in summer. And they are made in a moment, they are delicious and you take advantage of any summer fruit. Ascen taught us a few days ago the lemon. I bring you today the Coffee granita, a classic to beat the heat.

You can reinterpret it and mix it with meringue milk in a delicious black and white, or pour a splash of whiskey cream (which can be homemade, Here is the prescription) and you have a delicious dessert for a summer meal, or top it with vanilla ice cream…. delicious.

Homemade coffee granita, a classic to beat the heat, prepared in less than 2 minutes.

Ingredients

• 500 g ice cubes
• 150 g of brown sugar (can be white)
• 250 ml water
• 1 cup of soluble coffee (you can substitute the water and soluble coffee for 250 ml of homemade coffee, but it has to be a strong coffee and be cold so as not to melt the ice)

Preparation

1. Mix the soluble coffee with the water and sugar (or if you opt for homemade coffee, mix the coffee and sugar)

2. Put the ice in the glass and crush for 30 seconds, progressive speed 5/10.

3. Add the coffee and mix for 1 minute at speed 2.

4. And ready!
