Totally agree. I have tried it and it has been disastrous. I think I'm not going to follow any more blog recipes. I have a super dense dough and then with the cubes it has been a slushie, but it only tasted like powdered milk. Disgusting, now it's down the drain

I do not weigh it but I eat 50 grams or less and when I have returned to exaggerate everything I have had to add some 150 g of milk, it has not been very good, is it normal when you cook the milk?
