Milk with cinnamon and lemon

When I was little, in the summer, my mother always kept a large jug of milk with cinnamon and lemon and another Lemonade. They were our favorite soft drinks. The aroma of cinnamon, lemon peel, fresh milk ... it will always smell like summer to me. And although we are already in September, we still have sun and some summer, so today I propose this prepared milkDedicated to children, but delicious for everyone.

You can also freeze it and then crush it, first with a turbo blow and then for 30 seconds at progressive speed 5/10 and you have one left. meringue milk very good.

PERFECT ,,, BUT A POKITO DULZON

Well, each one will have to adapt it to their tastes. Next time, a little less sugar. I'm glad you liked it, Morpheus. A hug

     Thanks, laurita. A kiss!

The speed at 2 or 2,5 better than at 5. It bounces that almost goes to the ground.

    1.    Ana Valdes said

Hi Gil. Speed 5 is necessary, because at 2 or 2,5, when the milk boils, it will come out of the nozzle. At speed 5, you can boil, but mixing at high speed keeps it "off-rising." On the other hand, it shouldn't give you bounces with speed 5. This is the average speed of the machine. Do you have the machine well seated? A hug!

  4.   Susi said

My experience at the time of making it has been disastrous: during its execution, with speed 5 the milk came out everywhere so the machine moved; and as for the final product, very sweet and with too much cinnamon, for my taste. I don't think I will do it again.

    1.    Ana Valdes said

I'm sorry, Susi! This weekend I will do it again and I will review the recipe to see if we can lower that speed so that it does not give you problems. A hug!

Hi Susi, we're sorry you didn't like it. In speed 5, if the content comes out, it may be because the rubber of the lid is defective. Go to your nearest Thermomix center to have it checked and you can change it if necessary. Of course, everyone likes things more or less sweet, so next time you can always adapt it to your tastes 🙂

Hello, if it is true at speed 5 the machine walks through the kitchen, but it is because the lemon and cinnamon are not crushed, I have left the cap on and when he has stopped voting I have removed it, I have made it so Which one says but in the end I added half a liter more of milk and it has flown from the fridge, a hoot the brown sugar had not tasted it like that and it has a very rich flavor

Divine !! How was mother…. It came in alone, fresh ... I added half the sugar and it was still sweet. I will repeat for sure.

No beaker, really? And now who cleans the kitchen….

      Hi Inma:

You were right, the speed was not right. And I want to share with you our gratitude for helping us to form an authentic community where truthfulness prevails over popularity.

Thanks for being our best varometer !!

I agree with the complaints of my colleagues. No beaker? TO 5? Well, clean the whole kitchen! and also, with that speed if you don't put the rods in it, the lemon will crush. So after cleaning up the mess from the first try, I put the ingredients back in and put it at speed 1 and it was delicious. And so it can be uncovered when it boils, and the lemon has not been crushed. Also, since I had food on the fire when I made the first attempt, since everything has been lost and I have proceeded to clean it, my food has burned. A disaster. I had made this recipe a lot of times, but I went online to refresh ingredients just in case I missed one, which as I do from year to year, I doubted. This is my personal contribution, I hope it helps, thank you. Greetings.

      Hello Veronica:

First of all I want to apologize for the disaster caused in your kitchen.

After receiving several complaints we have reviewed this recipe and I have to admit that with speed 5 it was almost impossible to make it. That's why we have rectified it and we have lowered the power to speed 2, which is very good.

I have to thank you and the rest, because despite your anger you have left us your opinion and that has helped us to improve.

      Infinite thanks!!

      😉

Well, I have done it at speed 2 but with the cup on ... Why am I like this? I can't be with several things at the same time. Will it have gone bad for me? What do I do now?

  10.   Jose Ramon said

At 100 degrees and with that time, the milk overflowed. What a disaster.

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

      Hello José Ramón:
Remember that to make this recipe you do not have to put a cup.
Next time you can also lower the temperature to 90º, it will be infused the same.
      Regards!

Disastrous at speed 2 and no goblet when I noticed all the milk all over the kitchen and on the floor. Disgusting

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hello Axel, you don't put the cup to prevent the milk from boiling when it reaches 100º and spilling out of the mouth when it is covered. You can reduce the speed to 1 or lower the temperature to 98. Thanks for writing!
