Do you feel like it? They are original apple tartlets with seeds of chocolate. They have apple pieces that give them creaminess, chocolate chips for those with a sweet tooth and, best of all, especially if you have little ones with egg intolerance at home, they are made without that ingredient!

In this case I have replaced the egg with 60 g of fruit jar that had packaging although you can also use applesauce. For those who do not pose a problem egg, you can ignore these alternatives and use it. In the preparation section I specify everything but I already tell you that one will be enough.

Ideal for those intolerant of eggs, these apple and chocolate tartlets or muffins are easy to make, and they are delicious!

Ingredients

250 g apple
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
60 g of applesauce, fruit jar or 1 egg
120 g of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
80 g of sunflower oil
250 g plain yogurt
250 g flour
1 envelope of Royal type yeast
Cinnamon
Ginger
50 g of chocolate chips

Preparation

We peel the apples and cut them into quarters. We remove the core and the seeds and put them in the glass along with the tablespoon of lemon juice. We program 2 seconds, speed 5. We remove to a plate and reserve.
We put in the glass the 60 g of apple puree (or 60 g of fruit jar or 1 egg if you choose to use this ingredient), the sugar, the vanilla sugar, the oil and the 250 g of yogurt. We program 15 seconds, speed 4.
Now add the flour, yeast, cinnamon and ginger. We program 30 seconds, speed 3. During this time we can stop the machine once or twice to lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.
Now we add the apples in pieces and most of the chocolate chips (we leave a few to put them later on the surface of our tartlets).
We divide the dough into small paper or aluminum molds and put some chocolate chips on top (that way they will be more beautiful). Bake at 180º for approximately 25 minutes, always at that temperature.

Notes

They can be kept at room temperature now that it is not hot and also in the refrigerator. Cold they are delicious!
