Not all salads have to be lettuce, and today's salads are proof of that. Here the green beans and potatoes They are the protagonists and the touch of color goes to the tomatoes.

Also attentive to dressing because you can use it in other dishes. Take this into account if you make baked or grilled fish or, why not, when you feel like preparing a different dressing for your traditional salad.

A different way of eating green beans: in a salad, with potatoes and tomatoes, and with a delicious dressing.

Ingredients

  • A couple of sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 30 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 g apple cider vinegar
  • The juice of lemon 1 / 2
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • Sal Island
  • 400 g of tap water
  • 400 g of green beans
  • 400 g of potato
  • little tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Put the parsley, garlic, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, paprika and salt in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 8. We put our dressing in a glass or a small bowl and reserve it.

  2. Without washing the glass we put the water in it. We wash the beans and remove the tips. We chop them if necessary and put them in the varoma container. We close the container with the lid and place it in position. I schedules 5 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  3. We take advantage of this time to peel the potatoes and chop them (into pieces of about 3 centimeters). We put them in the basket.

  4. At the end of the programmed time, we remove the varoma container from its position. We open the glass and place the basket inside.

  5. We close the glass and put the varoma container back in its position. We program 20 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  6. At the end of the time, we remove the varoma container from its position. We open it very carefully (so as not to burn ourselves) and put the beans in a platter or bowl. With the spatula we remove the basket from the glass and put the potatoes next to the beans.

  7. Let it cold down.

  8. At the moment of serving, we wash and dry the tomatoes. We cut them into halves and put them in the same source- We season everything with the emulsion that we have prepared at the beginning of the recipe.

Notes

If you like highly cooked green beans, you will have to increase the cooking time in the varoma, increasing the amount of water if you consider it necessary.
