Ham and cheese tartlets with spun egg (express)

Today I wanted to share with you a recipe 10, infallible and express. You can leave them prepared with in advance (1 hour before) stored in the fridge. If we make them too far in advance, the tartlets will become too mushy.

Infallible ham and express cheese tartlets, in 5 minutes, with spun egg. Ideal for a snack dinner. They can be prepared in advance.

Ingredients

• 12 mini tartlets (I like the ones from Mercadona the most)
• 200 gr of Philadelphia cheese (1 tub)
• 50 gr of diced ham (or turkey breast)
• egg Yarn

Preparation

1. We put the ham cubes in the glass and program 4 seconds, speed 4.

2. We place the butterfly on the blades and add the Philadelphia cheese. We program 6 seconds, speed 3, left turn.

3. We already have our cream ready, so we take it out of the glass, place it in a bowl that is comfortable for us and we are filling the tartlets.

4. Then it is only to place a little spun egg to our liking and ready to eat !!
