Ingredients

4 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
50 ml of aceite oliva

Preparation

Put the mustard, vinegar and honey in the glass (the honey that is not in the center, let it fall near the walls, if not, it will not mix well). We program 30 seconds, 37º, speed 3.
We program speed 4, no time and we are gradually dropping the oil on the lid, with the beaker on, so that it slides into the mouth and thus emulsifies the sauce.

Notes

If you don't have white wine vinegar and you substitute it for red, add half the amount indicated.
