Italian Tiramisu

El tiramisu It is one of those infallible desserts with which we are wonderful. Is very easy to do and always like everyone. Today, like every Monday, I explain how to do it with our Thermomix in a pleasant and without complications.

After a few salty and very simple recipes, we continue with a classic that more than one small kitchen will have already made at home. If not, you have never done it in Thermomix you will be surprised simple what it is and how incredibly good it is. The cream is delicious. It is compact but very soft once we refrigerate it. A whim for the senses in which more than one will be lost.

In the image you can see the type of cake that I used for the recipe. It's all about the classics coffee cupcakes also called Italians for being with them that they make this delicious dessert. It was the first time that I have done it with this type of cake. I have always used soletilla classics also called cat tongues. With both it is very good but it seems that these cakes withstand humidity better or tend not to fall apart as much as the soletilla ones. So I recommend them to make the recipe.

Italian Tiramisu Recipe Video

I hope you liked it a lot!

Can the coffee be varied for another product?

Traditionally, coffee is used for this preparation but can you also dip the cakes in a syrup using any liquor or essence that you like?

    Good afternoon.
    I just made tiramisu.
It has turned out very good for me; but I have a question.
By bringing uncooked egg ... how long can it last in the fridge?
    24 hours like homemade mayonnaise?
I also know that it can be frozen but without freezing is the question I have.

Hello Maria! I'm glad that you liked it. I would keep it in the fridge for a maximum of 3 days, although I also tell you that the sugar acts as a preservative in the recipe and also the reaction it produces when mixed with the eggs is to 'cook' them so to speak. But better not risk it. At most three days.

Hi, I made the tiramisu last weekend. Taste was good but the cream was very liquid. Put in 2 whole eggs and a yolk, is that right?

    1.    Jorge Mendez said

Hello Alberto! Exactly, you have to use two eggs and one yolk. It's weird that you have been so liquid. Did you use mascarpone or regular cream cheese? Was it really cold from the fridge? I have already done it many times and it always comes out with the consistency that you see in the image and in the video. Quite creamy and thick.
