¡Healthy appetizer for these summer nights! I present you a delicious tomato and mozzarella salad, in the form of a tartar, but presented in a very attractive and showy way, and to which we will give the touch of grace with the exquisite Modena balsamic reduction that Mayra did a few weeks ago. It is the ideal companion for meat dishes, for example, it combines perfectly with the Peppermint kofta.

We will prepare this tartar in just 5 minutes. The only precaution we must take is to let the tomatoes and mozzarella drain for at least 30 minutes, to avoid being left with excess water.
