Oriental chicken dice with sautéed vegetable sticks

Now with the heat they feel like light recipes, so this is a good opportunity to introduce many vegetables on our plates to make them colorful, attractive and fill them with vitamins and nutrients.

This recipe is perfect for those who follow low-fat or low-calorie diets, since we will use chicken (which you can perfectly substitute for turkey, rabbit, pork, lamb or beef) and soy sauce to give it a oriental touch.

It is a very good option to prepare in advance and heat it quickly in the microwave.

I think I will like it! But a question, if I have not misunderstood the chicken cooks a total of 8 minutes, will not be little done?

Hi Rocío, it depends on the size of the dice. I made them small and with that time it was enough. Anyway, when the time is up, check that they are done inside and if not, schedule 3 more minutes. I'm going to specify it anyway in the recipe. Thanks for advising !! A hug.

Hello, how can I make the garlic salt. I have given the recipe search engine, but I get 512 results. You can help me. Greetings and thank you

Hola Luz, you can either buy garlic salt in the spice area in any supermarket or put 35 g of salt and 25 g of garlic powder and crush 10 seconds, speed 8. It is a very rich condiment to season meats and fish. I hope you like it!

Hello! Did you put the chicken in the photo in the pan? I have never gotten this roasted

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hello Oscar, if you want it to be that roasted, cook it for a few more minutes without the varoma and without the beaker, thus evaporating any possible water. 🙂

No matter how much I look, I can't find the list of ingredients with the amounts. Could you include it? Thanks
