Mmmmm what a treat. We prepare this Prawn salad Taking advantage of the fact that some friends came home with children ... and it is true that making a salad is very comfortable, because it is very easy and it spreads a lot. In this case, we have not prepared the classic Russian potato salad, but we have added some prawns, One crab sticks, tuna… We have given it a more marine touch.

The best thing is that you can make a good amount, leave it prepared in advance and if you have something left over, you can make use of it for 4 days perfectly and also take it with you in a tupperware 🙂

Ingredients

  • 1000 g of water
  • 3 large potatoes with skin, halved (well washed)
  • 2 peeled carrots
  • 2 whole eggs with their shell and well washed
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 70 g of prawns (can be frozen)
  • 70g crab sticks
  • 50 g sweet and sour pickles
  • 4 tablespoons of the broth from the pickled gherkins
  • 100 g of black olives
  • mayonnaise sauce to taste

Preparation

  1. We put the water with a little salt and the basket in the thermomix. Inside the basket we put the potatoes. We close the glass. In the varoma container we put the whole carrots, the eggs wrapped in plastic wrap and the prawns also wrapped in their transparent film.

  2. We program 45 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2. We check that the potatoes are already cooked by pricking them with a knife.

  3. When 15 minutes have passed, we remove the prawns. We booked.

    When 25 minutes pass we remove the eggs and carrots and reserve.

  4. When the potatoes have cooled, peel and chop them. We do the same with carrots, eggs and prawns. We place in a bowl. We add salt to taste.

  5. Chop the pickles and olives and add them to the salad. We also add the broth from the pickles to the salad and stir very well.

  6. We let it rest for a few hours in the fridge, if we can, we leave it for 24 hours.

  7. Add the well drained tuna, the sliced ​​crab sticks and stir well and mix with mayonnaise. You can sprinkle a little parsley on it if you want to decorate.
