Soluble coffee and chocolate cake, with apple

You can use instant coffee decaffeinated or caffeinated. Along with the chocolate, it will be in charge of giving color and flavor to this rich cake.

This piece of pastry is prepared in no time and with very little effort because in our food processor we will grate the chocolate and mix all the ingredients. After forty minutes in the oven, the cake will be ready ready.

The apple pieces They are optional but they add creaminess. Of course, do not forget to keep it in the refrigerator, especially now that the temperatures begin to be higher.

An ideal cake for a snack

Ingredients

• 50 g of chocolate fondant for desserts
• 140 g flour
• 70 g de azúcar blanquilla
• 2 teaspoons of decaffeinated soluble coffee, about 5 grams
• 120g milk
• 2 eggs
• 50 butter g
• 35 g of sunflower oil
• 2 apples peeled and cut into small cubes
• 1 envelope of royal type baking yeast

Preparation

1. We preheat the oven to 180º.

2. Put the fondant chocolate in the glass and program 10 seconds, speed 7. Remove the grated chocolate from the glass and reserve it in a bowl.

3. Pour the soluble coffee and milk into the glass. We put the beaker and program 5 seconds, speed 3.

4. Add the flour, sugar, eggs, butter in pieces and sunflower oil. we program 30 seconds, speed 4.

5. Now add the yeast, the chocolate that we grated in the first step and the chopped apples. we program 10 seconds, left turn, speed 3.

6. We put our sponge cake dough in a removable mold of about 22 centimeters in diameter.

7. Bake at 180º for approximately 40 minutes.
