Low-fat pear cake - Made in Thermomix with ricotta (or cottage cheese), without oil or butter ... You will be surprised how good it is.
Banana and chocolate cake - Sponge cake made with whole wheat flour, banana and cane sugar. Easy to prepare in Thermomix and very good.
Tangerine sponge cake with almond crust - Fluffy tangerine sponge cake with an almond crust on the surface, with a pleasant flavor and a double texture.
Banana cake - It does not contain milk and neither oil nor butter. We substitute these last two ingredients for ripe bananas to obtain a lighter cake than the traditional ones.
Apple cake - Fantastic juicy and homemade apple cake. Ideal for young and old, to eat fruit and say no to industrial pastries.
