Soupy rice with squid and prawns

Really delicious. East rice with squid and prawns is dead. Juicy, honeyed and an exquisite flavor. It is very easy to prepare, we are just going to spend a little time frying the shells and heads of the prawns to give it a more special and intense seafood flavor. It's worth it, I assure you.

We can leave the whole dish in advance, until it is time to add the rice, which will be like 15-18 minutes. The texture is more honeyed than broth, because as the minutes go by, the rice swells and absorbs the broth and dries up. So if you want it more soupy, you should add less amount of rice.

And, like any dish of this type, it cannot be prepared in advance, nor would it be good for us from one day to the next ... that's how rice is not dry!

    Hello, I have a question, with 150 grams of rice, is it enough for 4 people?

      Hello Silvia, yes it is enough because it is soupy, if we add more, it would be honeyed. However, you can add an additional 50g of rice if you wish.
